"Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "

Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. "Booked this to be close to the Alhambra. It is walking distance to town and also accessible via bus which conveniently stops outside the hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel, lots of amenities I didn’t use but wish I had time for. Shower space is a little smaller compared to the massive room and bathrooms. Staff are very nice and helpful. "

"My experience at the Puerta de Granada hotel, Spain was satisfactory. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, it has all the amenities and is very well located. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant terrace that is very nice and pleasant to be in. The hotel staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful, especially Rosario from the front desk."

"Rooms were kept well clean. We saw them preparing the room even to the small details like one water bottle per person. Included dinner and breakfast was super additional perk. They were able to customize and provide all information for our vegan/vegetarian family! Parking is under the building but tight for even the small car. "
