"Really nice hotel! Managed to park a large Mercedes Sprinter in the car park, was welcomed by a lovely lad in the Reception who then showed me to my apartment across the road. Had an amazing sleep and a lovely breakfast was enjoyed before departing the next morning. When staying in Soltau, make you visit the nearby Delphi Greek Restaurant, it is outstanding! "

"Alles wie beschrieben. Morgens am besten raus aus dem Haus. Rechts rum Richtung Ostpark. Man ist sofort im Wald. Die kleine Runde ist ca. 3 Kilometer. Von Soltau erreicht man in kurzer Zeit viele Naturschutzgebiete. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterehepaar."

"Wir können das Haus guten Herzens empfehlen. Gerade Familien mit mehreren Kindern finden hier genug Raum innerhalb und außerhalb des Hauses, um sich zu erholen. Sehr ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Dennoch ist man in gut 40 Minuten in HH oder in einer Stunde in Bremen. Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend erneut Urlaub machen wollen! Vielen Dank!"

"No staff at reception. Guests were checking themselves in. A text in German with my room number. Got that sorted. Decided to stay another night. None answered the phone so rebooked thru Expedia. Four texts in German so I asked for a translation but got no reply. Nice place but seems disorganized."

As expected, mostly comfortable but cold rooms

"Our was unremarkable in a neutral way. Check-in was swift, beds were comfortable and the breakfast good. The one thing that could be improved is that although we had booked well in advance, the room was unheated when arrived and it took about 45 min to reach somewhat comfortable temperature. Also note that there is no lift and 2 flight of stairs to climb to some rooms."
