"Being on the highway side, it was a bit noisy so kept the fan going all night. I had trouble getting hot water the first evening and was told it was because lots of water was being used at that time by guest. The location was super convenient for visiting my son in Fort Collins and having short drives to hiking areas. "

"The hot tub was offline the first night (of 2). The second night a family pulled the pool light out of the housing. We were unaware of that and were told to get out. It wasn't so subtle. We were told that they(staff) were "disappointed" in us for not heeding warnings. It was a small 8.5" x 11" sign on the door (who reads random signs?) not indicating danger or anything. "
