The pool itself is an oasis of relaxation with its inviting blue waters, ample space for sunbathing on the in-pool lounge chairs. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a generous island for both cooking and socializing. The owner will erect a mandatory temporary pool fence if the guests have any children under 5 or tenants that can't swim.

- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located outside the front door, backyard, pool area, in the garage, balcony and the alley.
- The pool and spa heat is included in the total price.
- There is a tenant that lives in a separate studio apartment on the property. The studio is not visible from the primary house, the yard, or any of the areas you would be using. Other than a pathway to the studio along the West side of the home, the tenant does not use the driveway, yard, decks, patios or any of the amenities for the primary home.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty
(30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
