"I chose Clonmel as a surprise getaway for my husband and I. This was our first night away since becoming parents six years ago. Stakes were high, and I wanted to find something special we wouldn't usually do with kids in tow. Clonmel exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Craig, and we knew we were going to have a great experience. He offered us a bottle of wine and showed us around the castle with detail on the history and made us feel very comfortable in the space. The entire property is beautifully maintained. We took some time to explore the downtown, played mini golf before dinner, and visited the waterfall near the property. We inquired about the fire pit on the property. Craig took care of setting up and managing the fire throughout the evening. His stories were fantastic and made the whole experience very memorable. We will never forget this trip. In the morning, Lynnee and Craig prepared the most excellent breakfast, and we enjoyed coffee on the porch. Would highly recommend Clonmel for those seeking a unique and memorable stay. "

"The cottage is in a great location with a store/restaurant across the street if you need ice or you forgot something, or want fast food! My friends and i had a lovely time on a cottage weekend!"

"We had a really relaxing time here; sitting by the fire, using the hot tub, going for nature walks, and the beach is just down the road. The place had nearly everything we needed (if you want to cook steaks or something that involves cutting up, we recommend bringing some steak knives). There were also so many birds, chipmunks, and squirrels to see, and we also made a racoon friend that joined us by the fire for a brief moment!"
