"The trailer was quite old and some places in the floor felt unstable. It was very cramped. The bathroom was unacceptable. The shower/tub was old, small with a plastic tubed shower head that was taped with electrical tape, The existing spray was sporadic, scattered and unusable. No stove available. ..."
