Beautiful, clean home. Unfortunately, unseasonably cold and wet weather dampered our stay so we didn't get too much use of the pool or hot tub. Hosts were available for anythign we needed.

Beautiful Home in Delray
We stayed here for Thanksgiving with our family of adult children and my elderly parents who live close by. We loved that the house was close to my parents so that they could stay with us and that there was a 1st floor master for my father. The house is beautiful with all of the amenities you will need! The pool and hot tub were a bonus with amazing landscaping and an outdoor living space that we enjoyed. David was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of our questions. We highly recommend this perfect house and we plan on booking it again in the near future! :)

Great house and pool, convenient location
Every room is a suite with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, which my two young daughters loved - and especially the heated jacuzzi and pool are fantastic! It’s about a 1.5-1.8 mile walk to the beach (depending on which may you go), which I walked a few mornings The husband/wife owners manage it themselves and promptly ordered replacements for missing coffee pot and charger for ipad that controls the heated pool/tub There were a few odd things here and there, like the water in the tub was yellow so my girls wouldn’t take a bath (owner said they never run the bath and didn’t know why that would happen), and none of the lamps were plugged in when we arrived. I wish they had dimmers on the lights, but very minor detail. We rented a house one street over last year that was professionally managed, which provided complimentary coffee, snacks, etc and everything felt better organized It’s not the most family friendly house, particularly for small children (we told them to be very careful on the large marble staircase), but we took full advantage of the 5 beach chairs in the garage and some floats and toys for the pool The neighboring houses are very close, almost on top of each other … but the landscaping provides decent privacy. When our kids got a little too excited on the first day playing in the pool, someone started blasting music - we got the message! Overall, the house and pool is great value and no doubt the nicest house we’ve rented!

Fantastic stay
Our stay at this property was top notch. The house is beautiful and well equipped. It was perfect for socialising and having dinner outside by the pool. A quick ride to the shops, restaurants and beach. David was a lovely host. Highly recommend this property.

Impeccable
The attention to detail in this house was amazing! Aside from the fact that the house is gorgeous and immaculate, the amenities are thoughtful and complementary. The pool and hot tub are also very nice. The location is perfect, very walkable to fun and necessities. Finally, the hosts were kind, friendly and attentive. I would recommend staying here and hope to return!!

5 star stay and then some***
We were fortunate to land this gem in Delray Beach 5 days b-4 our trip bc our first booking in Lauderdale Beach canceled on us @ the last minute. We agreed it was the best thing that happened to our trip! Had this been available in July, it would've been #1 choice, and it will be next time were in this part of FL. We may even plan a trip just to come back to this house and beach town! Better location than Lauderdale Beach, house was amazing, and the price was very reasonable! Delray Beach was a great destination, and we loved every restaurant, all recommendations of David. I should add that my friends and I are not always easy to please when it comes to food and accommodations so this 5 star rating across the board is certainly conservative! About the house... We had 4 spacious bedrooms and baths with walk in closets and King/Queen beds so plenty of room and privacy for 4 couples but plenty of large living spaces to enjoy together! The kitchen has high end appliances and plenty of seats at the table to cook in or b-q in the back yard, which also has plenty of space at the table! Ended each day in the hot tub every night. Enjoyed the whole house speaker system inside and out. Pool was beautiful for the days we wanted to dodge the sand. Host, David, was extremely responsive and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Uber was cheap & quick to downtown! There are other new builds in process on the street but not bothersome at all! My best VRBO experience ever!
