Beautiful private estate sitting on 3 acres. Gorgeous spacious modern home. 12,000 square-foot home with double patios. Enjoy the peaceful grounds with plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy and enough space to get together in the living room family room and dining room. Just 3 miles from the beautiful Palm Beach ocean and 2 1/2 miles from the trendy Atlantic Avenue with amazing restaurants lounges and boutiques. Maximum 12 guests allowed on property at all times. Absolutely no parties.
The home is equipped with exterior cameras for the safety of all guests as well as the home’s protection.
The home comes with interior cameras in all common areas but are disabled and not in use.
