"Stayed here as a couple for four nights for a trip to Copenhagen. It's really nicely situated by some supermarkets and restaurants and also the metro so you can get to the centre and elsewhere easily and cheaply. The area felt very safe too, we'd walked back from the centre one night just for the walk (about an hour) and it was lovely. The staff were very helpful, we wanted to take a day trip to Sweden and one girl, I can't remember her name, recommended Malmö and told us which apps to download...

"Bathroom was an issue. Two bathrooms on facility: one is a small box, one is bigger one that is shared between male and female. Room temperature could not be controlled. Two small seperate blankets. Overall okay stay but could have been better."

"Such a cute and peaceful property. When I booked I only saw pics of the room, so I was pleasantly surprised to see how lovely the courtyard was. The outside of the building looks original and well maintained, while the inside looks like a brand new hotel room. I appreciated the games provided including giant chess, ladder golf, table tennis, air hockey, and table football. Note that linens are not included but can be rented; and check in is from 15:00 to 17:00; so plan accordingly. "

"Staff was excellent and very helpful in every way. Amenities were great…crafts, games, bbq area, kitchen area, laundry facilities, sitting area, courtyard. Close enough to Billund airport."

"Location is fantastic! View across a meadow to the 1000 year old harbor and historic Ribe with the cathedral towering above it all. Somewhat basic accommodations, but everything was sparkling clean and worked. And the breakfast was delicious and very well stocked."

"Clean, spacious, comfortable and warm room. Healthy wholesome breakfast. Friendly staff. All within walking distance of Kalundborg Station and the town centre. Very convenient."

"Bearing in mind that it was a Youth Hostel and not a hotel, we were very happy with our accomodation. The room was large and had a fridge which was a big plus for us. The beds were comfortable and everything in the en-suite bathroom worked well. The only downside was a lack of electrical sockets - there were two in the room and the fridge had to be plugged into one of them but we managed by charging a power bank when we were out and using that to charge mobile phones. There was plenty of...
