"The property was great for us as a family. We were busy all day and just needed somewhere to rest our heads and feet from all the walking we did. It would have been nice to have towels provided and being British, we’d have loved a kettle for making our own hot drinks. "First time in Copenhagen, first time ant Danhostel, everything great! Room clean, amazing view, friendly staff. Guests kitchen useful even if almost always busy. The only thing that annoyed me was that everything paid INSIDE the hotel with Revolut in Danish crowns came with a small fee, from the booking to a simple coffee. Anything we paid OUTSIDE the hotel came with no fee at all. (Transport, every kind of food, supermarkets, souvenirs) Apart from that, we are very pleased with our experience...

"Our hotel/hostel of choice when we visit our family in Sluseholmen. My review is based on its excellent value for money. If you like more luxurious accommodation then it may not be for you. We only use it for sleeping in as we spend daytime at our son’s appointment. The room has no tea making equip or mini fridge. There is shower gel & hairdryer. We’ve stayed in quad rooms which is a bunk bed and two single beds pushed together like a double bed - and also a double room which had two single beds...

"The concept is very interesting: the rooms look literally like some tents and everywhere is decorated as if you would be in a forest or so. The stuff is super friendly! "Such a cute and peaceful property. When I booked I only saw pics of the room, so I was pleasantly surprised to see how lovely the courtyard was. The outside of the building looks original and well maintained, while the inside looks like a brand new hotel room. I appreciated the games provided including giant chess, ladder golf, table tennis, air hockey, and table football. Note that linens are not included but can be rented; and check in is from 15:00 to 17:00; so plan accordingly. "

"The hotel is a hostel, so the room is basic and functional, but clean and simple. A table at which to work a TV and a comfortable bed. No kettle or drink making facility. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a sports arena complex so if you've no transport it's a bit isolated, but quiet and warm for a decent nights sleep. "
