"Such an awesome place, house has everything you need in the kitchen, modern new tv, great little speaker, comfy beds, massive couch, beach access and unbeatable views from upstairs and downstairs! Didn’t want to leave! "

"There were a couple of maitenance issues which we had to work around. The kitchenette is quite basic for the cost of a stay. No stove or oven. Location is good, however you have to carry everything up quite a few steep stairs."

"We have stayed previously at Dottie’s. It is excellent accommodation for a family. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everything that you would need in kitchen. Very comfortable beds and lounge room. Close to supermarket. Although busy street it is very quiet inside. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"This was a really nice spot to find. I like that its close to the city but is still in its own nice part of the area with a good spread of shops nearby. Really liked the amenities and amount of space in the house. Only real complaint is that it could use an air conditioner in the two-bed bedroom and a slightly better one in the main room, as well as having some slightly more comfortable chairs at the dining table."

"The location of the house is excellent as you can easily do day trips to the north and south of the Island and to Adventure Bay. It is a few minutes walk to Hotel Bruny which has fantastic meals. The house has a wonderful view looking back to the mainland and of Satellite Island with a deck at the front and back of the house which is perfect to avoid the wind depending on the direction. Both decks have outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings very comfortable....

"The house was easily located, and although on a main road, the noise of the traffic was minimal.We found the staircase a little steep and could benefit from a small grab rail at the top.The bedroom was roomy and comfortable, the kitchen also was well appointed and having some kitchen items in the cupboards was appreciated.A very enjoyable stay, thank you."

"A lovely property with fantastic amenities. The location in Kingston is extremely convenient to everything you would need and less than 15 mins to Hobart CBD. Kingston Beach and Blackmans Bay nearby are delightful with relaxed but cool places to eat.Felt very at home and delighted with the residence which is an expanded stone cottage all very freshly renovated and with many welcoming touches."
