Start your new family vacation tradition at our freshly updated Dennis Port Beach House. Named "Serenity Now!", your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Dennis Port Escape! Leave your car parked and enjoy the short walk everywhere! At Serenity Now, you're a short walking distance to Sea Street Beach and loads of restaurants! Enjoy adequate sleeping for 10 and a fully fenced private yard! This is the PERFECT year-round escape for you and your family!

Once you've made your way over the Bourne or Sagamore Bridge and you've found yourself in the wonderful village of Dennis Port, turn south off Lower County Rd towards the beach and you'll find SERENITY NOW! At last! Your luxury summer vacation awaits you! The home has been thoughtfully renovated and designed for a magnificent family vacation! There is enough space to bring your extended family or friends as well with ample off-street parking for the whole gang!

You will enter through the porch door with an updated smart lock keypad so you don't have to worry about losing those pesky keys... But, before you enter, take a moment to envision the fun you'll have by the fire pit or the grill and outdoor eating area! And don't forget, the outdoor shower around back or the bikes in the shed for you to use!

Finally, time to head in and claim one of the sleeping areas as your own!! Enjoy the open concept layout with the full kitchen that continues into the living room where you can cozy up and watch movies on the brand new smart TV! On this same floor, you'll have access to a full bathroom, the master bedroom, and another bedroom with a full bunk. It is in this second bedroom that you can access the basement where you'll find the laundry and dryer (quite convenient!). The master bedroom contains a dresser and closet, along with a flat screen smart TV. The second bedroom contains a dresser. Did we mention that ALL furniture throughout the home is brand new!!

As you make your way upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a 1/2 bathroom! The first bedroom on your left boasts a queen-size bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. This room also has the children's games, the first of two dedicated work spaces and a flatscreen smart TV. This room has a full wall of built-in dresser drawers, so unpack and relax!

The next bedroom to the right of the stairs holds one twin bed, a dedicated work space, and bean bag chairs for reading or relaxing and watching the flatscreen smart TV.

We are so excited to share our lovely beach house with you!

-All bed sheets, bed quilts and pillows will be provided by the hosts, guests will just have bring their own towels.

We will also provide 4 rolls of TP and 3 rolls of paper towels. If you feel that you may need more, no worries, they can be purchased at Bandera's market (2 minute walk) or Ocean State Job lot (10 minute drive).

- Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance

- Guests must e-sign the 5-Star Co-Host property rental agreement and must complete the Safely Stay guest screening email in order to receive the access codes to the property.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

The home has a security camera with recording features. The camera is an exterior camera and points at the driveway. It is active at all times. Tampering or disabling the camera will result in immediate cancellation of your booking and removal from the property.

Walk to everything!
The house is accurately listed - easy walk to beach and restaurants. It was nice to have a yard with seating, hammock and shade for a break from the beach. The shed was stocked with bikes, chairs and some toys. Bikes are old and had flat tires, but I borrowed a pump from a local shop and got 3 out of the 4 ridable. We would stay here again!

The property was extremely clean. Provided sheets which is always helpful. Location was superb. Able to walk to beach, Wolfies, mini golf, Chapins, Dog House. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Golf Weekend
Great place to stay from location and house perspective! Walking distance to various restaurants as well as the beach. Went down for a golf weekend and really enjoyed the stay. Also, the host was very responsive to any question and the check in process was extremely simple. Definitely recommend this place to others!
