I wish we had a pleasant stay there, instead of scrumbling to pack everything the next morning, booking another hotel, booking another driver and just wasting two days of our trip. Too bad for the impressions Hyatt Regency left us with.
I think customer service needs work, pool staff needs work to keep the grounds clean and sanitary because they are nice grounds. Either more staff is needed to patrol the hallways so if guests need help, someone is there to assist. Also housekeeping needs more work - please don’t leave mosquitoes flying in the room before you exit. And there should be a door light/signage if you want your rooms cleaned or one for do not disturb. Front desk staff should assist guests better getting into their rooms - at least in the first day in and out because the corridors are really confusing and need times to memorize. Better light, signange with bigger letters should be installed allowing the guests find their way to the room more easily. Also, the toilet situation - the vents/fan should work. As a Hyatt member, this hotel does not represent the Hyatt well. If you are used to a 5-star rating, staying here will make you feel underwhelmed. For this reason, I will not return here in the future (this was my 9th trip to Bali and I have stayed in 29 hotels within Bali).
