This property is managed by the owner and is furnished with everything you need except your own clothes; you literally can be completely settled the same day you move in and ready for your new job or classes at the university the next day. This apartment is tastefully furnished from linens, towels, full kitchen with plates, cutlery, utensils, pots & pans, TV, washer/dryer, central heat/AC, all utilities which includes electric, water, trash and internet. This is a very quiet second floor apartment with a skylight for natural lighting.+

Centrally located neighborhood within walking distance to UNT and an approximate 5-6 mile drive to 3 major hospitals for medical staff housing. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants and downtown Denton Square just minutes away. Convenient access to Interstate 35E and 35W, President George Bush Tollway, Sam Rayburn Tollway, DFW International Airport (29 minute drive) and Dallas Love Field Airport (41 minute drive).
