Counter people were nice. MY paperwork and confirmation showed paying for TWO rooms. Hotel only has me down for ONE room and the charges me again for another room. SO I paid for THREE rooms when I only booked and used TWO. Now neither will give me a refund! SO I do not recommend Hotels.com or Spark
