Family friendly park place
This home is perfect for a family wanting to explore the neighborhood park! Huge trail system within a 5 minute walk that leads to different parks. We loved our stay it was perfect for our little family. Communication with the host was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure our time in CO was perfect!

Great stay!
Met several friends in Colorado for a concert. This place accommodated all of our needs. The house is very nice with several bedrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all of us to hang out. It was absolutely perfect! Looking to make this an annual tradition!

Good: great neighborhood. Pool and park nearby. Nice toiletries. Bad: Supposed to be a non-smoking VRBO yet hundreds of cigarette butts in a canister on the back porch. Bath tub fill not working. 6 forks for a place that sleeps 12. Keurig coffee malfunctions. Dirty carpets. Ceiling fan that can’t be turned off. Worn/faded furniture. Missing/burned out light bulbs. Mismatched dishes and hodge podge cookware/ supplies. Freezing downstairs.

Great Location
Enjoyed our stay. Very quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants close by. Loved that there were a few parks within walking distance for my little one. Beds were very comfy, even my older parents commented on the comfiness. Host was very helpful and responsive when we had questions about the property. All cookware and utensils to cook our breakfast in the house was easily found in the kitchen, including lots of different spices and plenty of coffee! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Convenient Location
I had two weeks of on-site meetings to attend and needed a place close to the office. This location is perfectly situated with easy access for groceries and a variety of restaurants. My husband and dogs stayed with me as well. The park is within walking distance so the pups loved getting out every day, and of course the fenced in backyard made it nice for them as well. I'll definitely be staying here again.
