Family Funeral Gathering
Very minimal communication. When I asked if they had internet, the response was yes. No instructions no passwords. I tried to introduce myself and I got no response. The house when entering had a horrible smell that never went away. Basement was not clean in bathroom. Refrigerator was dirty. I was very disappointed, especially for how much money I spent.. It worked for what we needed but definitely no extras or communication. Wont go there again. Had bare minimum accommodations. There was two kids play houses that had rat feces and spider webs all over which was discovered after kids played in it for a couple hours.. Disappointed. Ive stayed at a-lot of places and never came close to this bad. It was for my father/mother in laws funeral so it didn't add anything good for our trip.

Great space for me and my kids and it’s close to town. A pool table, a treehouse, and plenty of bedrooms for everyone! Veronica is a great host with excellent communication. I highly recommend this home!

Castle Rock trip
As advertised. 4 BR, 2 bath very convenient to downtown Castle Rock and entire area. Large open sitting area is very comfortable. Would definitely stay again on a future trip.

Worn out Furnishings
I have stayed in many VRBO - this home has no warm decorations, the furniture is flat worn out, kitchen barely stocked and we had to go buy toilet paper and paper towels as soon as we checked in. No communication from host and nothing like all the other VRBO we have stayed. Would not recommend at all.

What a wonderful property! We walked in and were amazed by the roominess and cleanliness. All rooms were stocked with clean, fresh supplies. There was even a game room downstairs with pool and foosball tables. Our whole family had a great time there and we will definitely book this house again if we return to the Castle Rock area.

Such a wonderful home and great location
Myself and 5 friends stayed here to explore Colorado. This house is great central point to Denver and Colorado Springs, so we knew it had to be the one. Veronica really takes care of her home, it was so clean when we got there and had plenty of room (and then some) for our large group. It is also located in a section of Castle Rock that isn’t “suburbia”, with a very cute goat farm next door, so it really felt like we were in Colorado and not just any other state. Would absolutely stay here again if given the chance.

Excellent country getaway
Very spacious well thought out floor plan. There is plenty of seating and places to chat or comfy enough to lay down and take a nap. Having a bathroom on each floor was great. The kids enjoyed endless evening hours playing fooseball and pool. The owner was very quick in getting back to questions we had . The checkin process was smooth and easy. A quick 20 minutes out of Denver. Easy access to the highway and plenty of things to keep you occupied locally. Perfectly placed between Denver and Colorado Springs.

Great family place
A nice Castle Rock property. Would be great for a family with kids. It has a fenced in area with slide and playthings. Covered patio. 4 nice bedrooms and 2 baths. We came to a wedding with 3 generations. It was nice to have the younger ones in the lower level so they didn't keep us old folks up too late

First time in a VRBO
This house was the highlight of our stay. In town for a wedding that was crazy and this place was our return to normal. The owner was very responsive, the house was clean and very spacious. The location is close to shopping and easy access to dining and events. We had so much going on that it was so nice not to have to think about the place we were staying. Next trip we make to Colorado for a family event this will be the first place we choose to stay.

Country home, great location to Castle Rock.
Great location, quiet and secluded. The home was spotless and the manger was extremely easy to work with! There was a minor mix up upon check in, but the manger was on it and made everything right! The house had everything as listed about the property. We had 8 guests and we're very comfortable, my only suggestion would be to add more kitchen items as time goes on, it was a bit light on the silverware, towels etc. We had a great time during the Elephant Bike Ride and it was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.
