Our fully equipped home has three inviting bedrooms, an office space for remote work, and fully fenced backyard for the pets. This is a safe neighborhood, with ample parking and is great for taking a stroll. We are located right next to highways for a quick trip to the mountains and 15-20 min from Downtown Denver.

Keyless private entry, 3 bedrooms + loft working space, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom downstairs, and a cozy gas fireplace. We have a fully fenced and large backyard for the furry ones to enjoy.

We have walking paths and family park in our community. There is a park just 5 minutes west of us with a path by the river and ponds for fishing. Great for walking, running or kids activities. Top Golf (20 minutes), restaurants, Denver Premium Outlets & shopping only 6 miles away.

Located North East of Denver, Belle Creek feels like we are close to it all but just far enough away to have the space and tranquility that you need to relax.

All beds include mattress protectors and ALL linens (including blankets and comforters) are washed and cleaned before every new guest arrives.

FAQs

We understand this is Colorado, however there is NO SMOKING of ANY KIND (cigarettes, 420 or vaping, for example) inside the home. Remember we live in a dry climate so put it out. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

* STRICTLY NO PARTIES - if you’re looking for a place to have a wild party - we aren’t the right fit

* PETS WELCOME, we just ask that you please let us know what pets you’ll be bringing and their size. Keep them downstairs where there is no carpet. NO PETS Upstairs! Keep pets on a leash when going out for walks.

* OUTSIDE Quiet Hours start at 10:00pm, please enjoy yourself, we just want to respect our neighbors - we love them!

* We have no restrictions on inside noise, but ask that after 2am any crazy loud noise be kept to a minimum.

* Play music to your hearts content, but not at a level you can hear from outer space.

Furnishings and decor were purchased new and the space has been designed for comfort and function.

Our goal was to make the house a home away from home with several personal touches.

Great for singles, families, friends, or traveling professionals.

Early Check in and Late Check out - If available it is $25 per hour.

***Please note there is construction happening in the field behind our house and even though our doors and windows mitigate as much noise as possible, some sound may be heard from outside during the day. They work on this construction site during the week and during regular business hours.***

In addition to our gas fireplace, our home is air-conditioned for comfort. Typically in a home with two levels the lower level can be a little cooler than the above. You’ll have the thermostat control downstairs. If you have any concerns on how to use it please send us a message. We are a quick text or visit away.

The house is fitted with plenty of brand new linens, blankets, and is cozy and comfortable. Feel free to open the windows for fresh air but close them when you leave.

We have a video camera doorbell & cameras outside of the home for security. There are no cameras inside the home, these are for outside security purposes only.
