Beautiful Townhome and central location
The property is beautiful and well appointed. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. You feel right at home. We arrived late in the evening, which made it a little more challenging to ensure you found the right building. However outside of that, it was great! Live all the handmade wood pieces in the home, roof top deck was great. I would stay at the property again.

Exceptionally clean! Perfect for our group!
We rented this property for a girls trip! The space is well maintained and kept very clean! We all met up in Denver and the space was located close enough to everything that we could explore something different each day! The home was so well equipped that we were able to cook dinner each night and enjoy each other’s company! The hot tub was clean and the perfect way to wind down after hiking, horseback riding etc! Will definitely stay here again! Also the record player and collection was a great touch! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect girl’s weekend.
We stayed at this property for our girl’s weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. They literally provided everything we could ever need. The townhouse was beautifully decorated. The rooftop hot tub was so nice and seats 6 people so it was perfect for us. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Denver. The property manager was so helpful. Quickly responded to all my texts with helpful information about the area.

Awesome house in great Denver location
Not only was this house immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, but the host literally thought of everything. He provided many little extras, such as coffee, snacks, toiletries, and paper products, which is so helpful when one is on vacation. The rooftop hot tub is awesome, the beds are super comfortable, and the location is very convenient. It’s in a safe residential area, a short walk from Sloan’s Lake and Empower field at Mile High, and a short drive to downtown and all the trendy Denver neighborhoods. Hoping to stay there again someday!

Nice home!
Very lovely and well appointed condo. We were in Denver for a high school sporting event and chose this condo because it is close to the venue. The furnishings are new and comfortable and served our needs well. I am very impressed and grateful for the little things like shampoo and snacks and other little niceties provided. We had a good time playing the games and really enjoyed the hot tub. The only things that I would consider a draw back are lots of stairs and the thermostat. The lower level bedroom stays pretty cold but there was an extra blanket. Thank you for a great stay!

All the comforts of home
Beautiful, clean home with all the conveniences of home ( Keurig, coffee, laundry detergent, washer & dryer, extra toiletries, & paper goods). Multi level home with lots of stairs so not for the elderly or people with difficulty walking. It was fine for us though. Awesome rooftop patio with hot tub & towel rack. The host really thought of everything. Would highly recommend this property!

Could not ask for a more comfortable stay!
I have never stayed in a more comfortable rental (and we do a lot). First of all, the house is very clean. Communication was excellent. Will was easy to talk with and very responsive. He gave some excellent recommendations as well! He thought of absolutely everything. From forgetting a toothbrush to cooking gourmet meals, the house has everything! The kids really appreciated the snacks:) We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the city lights and sunrise. Several evenings we just came back and had dinner and hung out instead of going out to eat or doing anything else. The location was great for us for getting to just about everywhere. We came to watch an NBA game and college lacrosse (and shopping of course). Just a few minutes to get to the Ball Arena. We could have easily walked to Mile High. We had a car, but if you wanted to you could utilize the light rail and ride share. The neighborhood was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Over the years I have stayed in many vacation rentals and I can say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Super easy check-in, spacious accommodations, more appliances than I have in my own home, and every amenity we could have needed. Perfect property for our adult family (brothers and sisters) - walking distance to mile high and short uber to downtown. Well maintained and good communication - would have preferred more room on upstairs deck as opposed to the hot tub - but overall 5 stars.

Great location and space
Wonderful spot. I really enjoyed the top floor office with plug-ins for my laptop to be able to work with a large additional screen. The hot tub was a great touch and very comfortable in the evenings. There wasn't one thing that we needed that we couldn't find or was not there. There was some construction next door but I was told about this ahead of my stay by the wonderful host and it wasn't even as bad as I thought it would be. Hardly noticed and only happened during the day. Highly recommend this for your stay, lots of space and spread out really well for friends/family to have their own space. Walking distance to plenty of options for food/coffee/drinks and a beautiful walk around the lake. Short Uber to downtown for unlimited options. Look no further, this is the place for you!

Great space, amenities and location
We were in Denver for a few days with some family, celebrating my husband's birthday and attending the Foo Fighters concert. It was a perfect location, easy walk to the stadium and quick drive to many other restaurants, breweries, and fun things to see and do. The townhome was beautiful and just as pictured with all the amenities, extras and comfort we could have hoped for. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!
