It was the second time staying at this location & the same reason why I stayed the first time. Good service, rooms and cleanliness were on point. Everything was very nice. The rooms were clean.The only thing that bothered us was the hidden charges, like parking fee, breakfast, water Bottles .most of your hotels give you a complementary breakfast. The service was great. I wish they explained the parking better to let us know how it coincided with our room.

Elevators very far away and confusing, the two towers and which area to park in. My room, on the 7th floor, was so noise I did not sleep--sounded like construction thumping and banging, heating system, something absolutely not right, very loud, several times in the night, like at 12,2,4 am. The desk person the next morning could not have cared less, when I explained that to her (11/11/24, 830 am). Also, I never received the wake up call I requested. Very bad experience.
