The Space:

Guests have access to all outdoor space and are encouraged to make use of the “Mountain Lounge”. Your private elevated deck with BBQ and the necessary tools. The bluetooth fire-pit will put you in a trance as you watch the sunset over the Rocky Mountains listening to your favorite playlist. There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house but feel free to relax in the privacy of the “Mountain Lounge” or outfitted front porch where it is 420 and cigarette friendly. Just make sure to use the ashtrays provided.

The expertly designed living room includes a separate dining area with seating for up to 6. This is a great place to entertain if you're in town to visit family or friends as there is plenty of space to nestle in and make Coloradical Memories. You'll find multi-device chargers, usb ports, and easily-accessed outlets throughout.

There are two bedrooms, each with its own premium hybrid King sized mattress, with tons of closet storage and plenty of hangers, room darkening blinds, and each room is equipped with spots for charging your devices! Each room has its own private smart TV as well. Our guests have raved about the comfort of the beds and accommodating amenities. You will also find blankets and extra pillows in the hall closet. Vista Montañas is ideal for groups of 2-5. The couch is a sleeper and we do provide full bedding and an extra luggage rack for comfort.

2 bathrooms attached to each bedroom for a Primary Suite experience for everyone in your group. Each bathroom has a tub/shower combo and are fully equipped with all natural, animal and environmentally friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, plenty of plush premium towels and makeup towels.

From the Ninja blender to a 4 in 1 multifunctional coffee maker, this fully-equipped kitchen has all the necessary gadgets and a more! Dining space includes table with 4 chairs and island counter seating for 2. There are plenty of dishes/serving ware to entertain guests as well.

There is an in-unit washer/dryer located in the hall that connects the two bedrooms. There is an iron, ironing board, and clothes hanging area, along with laundry soap and dryer sheets to get you feeling sharp!

Great property, hot weekend
We booked this property looking for a quiet place to spend a Saturday night. It ended up being one of the hottest weekends in the summer and the AC window fan units just didn’t cool the property down enough for the infant we were with to get comfortable. We had to cancel the stay but the hosts were accommodating to that process. Wished it would have worked out, the patio is lovely!

All the amenities of home!
We absolutely loved this home. It had everything we could possibly ask for in a vacation home. The rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. The back deck was a nice place to relax and enjoy the mountain view. The hosts provides a variety of streaming channels for the family to relax at the end of the day. Location was easy to find and close to a variety of restaurants. Downtown was close as well. It was great to have a designated parking spot. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Denver area.

Spacious, inviting and convenient. Location ideal for; delivery services, walking distance of convenience stores etc. and easily recognized for ride svcs if needed. So as to not rave on and on; the home to me is best described as a 2 bed & 2 bathroom Jr. Penthouse Suite w/en-suite laundry, full open kitchen, 4 person dining, island bar w/seating for 2 (more could be accommodated), living room w/ample seating for the family, group &/or individual roaming lounger. Now let's add the front deck w/seating for 2 and the back balcony w/ample seating supplemented w/a full shade umbrella, firepit & grill. Bountiful amenities available for on property enjoyment. All areas were furnished & adorned ideally to earn the vacation home badge of honor☺. I assure you 5 days 4 nights were not enough. Either book more nights or start planning for the return (like me).

Great location!
This house was central to everything we wanted to do. It is on a busy cut through street, so the cars and motorcycles that are trying to avoid the main road can sometimes be loud, but it’s easy to get in and out of. Owners were great and very communicative- there was a slight issue at the beginning and they were great about getting right back to us. It was a great place for us to relax at the end of adventurous days.
