The unit is a private two-bedroom that has been completely remodeled. Has its own private entrance. Everything is new and up-to-date. It is on the second floor and very comfortable. It has a furnished kitchen and a desk for office work. It is non-smoking but has an outside covered patio area that is very comfortable for outdoor smoking.
Very safe quiet neighborhood with a park two blocks away. 10 minutes to the football and baseball stadiums. And for the concert goers to red rocks, 15 minutes.
** No smoking inside and no pets.

We stayed here and used as our base for visiting Denver and surrounding area. Description and pics are just as mentioned and pictured in listing. Nice residential area close to grocery and othe conveniences. Only suggestion is to have mattress pads on beds to prevent sheets from slipping. Very comfortable; we'd stay again.

Perfect Denver stay!
Absolutely perfect location for a vacation with friends. Great neighborhood, easy to get to and property was incredibly clean. Same size as a large 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apt with a very nice outside patio area. I will 100% be booking here again in the future.
