There are 2 more full bathrooms on the lower levels with the bedrooms and one half bath off the kitchen.

There is a laundry room in the basement with a full-sized washer and dryer for your use.

The full-sized kitchen has all brand-new stainless-steel appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, silverware, and seasonings.

The dining area separates the kitchen from the living room with an eight person dining table, an HD TV and a lovely electric fireplace.
Behind the dining space is the sliding door to the large back deck and yard area.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with our private back deck and yard. There’s easy access through the sliding glass door in the dining room, and after a few steps, you’ll find yourself on the spacious deck with comfortable seating and a firepit.

Down to the right of the home is where you will find a lovely gazebo with a brand-new four person hot tub ready for you to relax in. On the left side of the home, you will find the putt-putt course that has four holes ready for you to practice your putting.

There is a walking path that goes along the side and back of the home. This trail will lead you all around the city and to many other trails and walking areas.

As guests, you will have private access to the entire home, including the beautiful backyard, and garage game room.

Guests can use the washer and dryer located in the basement of the home.
There is one locked utility closet in the kitchen- this has owner belongings in it so do not open.

Please note there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the building.

You may park in the driveway or in the street. This house is on a cul-de-sac so please be careful and do not block any of the neighbor’s driveways.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet, established neighborhood. Please be mindful of the neighbors and keep your noise levels down.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car. However, you can look at the public transportation routes for Denver online. Lyft and Uber are also options.

Other Things to Note:
There is a public walking path behind the property so you may see people walking by.
