Dishwasher upstairs broken. Mouse droppings in the living room window sill and behind the couchHDMI cable on upstairs TV broken. Wicker furniture wobbly and dangerous. I stacked it so that no one would accidentally sit on it and it would break. Pantry door in kitchen breaking loose from the kitchen wall

This property is well represented by the photos. There is enough living space for a larger group ( we had 10 friends). We liked having two kitchens, and two baths. The bathrooms are a little older, and not super large, but there were enough towels provided, plus having the laundry facilities was great. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Being on a corner, it felt quite private. The company was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. I would definitely book this rental again.

Great location close to all our favorite activities (zoo, museums,etc.) but also a quiet and safe location. Easy access to everything we wanted to do and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Properly managers and owners were very responsive.

Great Location for a Girls' Weekend
We are a group of girlfriends who met up in Denver from all over the country. This house is pretty perfect for that sort of thing- tons of beds, excellent proximity to downtown, nice amenities. We did have an issue where the internet went out for the last 2 days of our stay, which was frustrating bc we wanted to watch the Olympics. But the property manager was very responsive to messages, and it's not their fault that the internet company can't send out people on weekends. Overall, definitely enjoyed, and would stay again.

This space served our family well and the location was good to get to several family-friendly attractions. The home is a little older than the photos make it look and the bathroom in the basement has no ventilation. Overall, we enjoyed our trip. If I could rate it 4.5 stars, I would.

Thanksgiving Retreat
We spent our Thanksgiving here with 6 adults and a 16 month old. The house had two kitchens which was great for cooking a large Thanksgiving meal. It was very helpful to have two fridges as well. The couches and beds were very comfortable and we even spent time sitting outside on the patio furniture. The neighborhood is safe and we went on many walks and took our daughter to a local park to play. This house was great for a toddler as the only set of stairs is to the basement, but there is a door that shuts and keeps it safe and blocked. We did have an issue with the plumbing but the owner was extremely responsive and had someone out to fix it within a few hours. We really appreciated having a garage to park in as well. We would love to stay here again.
