This home has 5 bedrooms (8 beds), and can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 King beds and 4 queen beds,!
Bedroom 1 - This bright upstairs master bedroom comes with a king bed, large private bathroom, and is styled with natural wood tones.
Bedroom 2 - This upstairs bedroom includes a king sized bed, ample closet space, and is styled with light wood tones.
Bedroom 3 - This upstairs bedroom includes a king sized bed and is furnished w/ dark wood tones for a moody vibe.
Bedroom 4 - This bedroom feels like a second master bedroom; it includes a king sized bed, a desk/work station and plenty of space!
Bedroom 5 - This is the bunk room! Custom QUEEN bunks were built with adults in mind!

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the large fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances. There are four stools at the counter for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living, dining, and outside areas.
There are many dining areas perfect for enjoying a meal as a group. The main dining table is huge and there is also a massive outdoor dining table available.
The entire main floor has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

The garage has a newly installed pool table, as well as a 4-person infrared sauna. It also has a full gym with a squat rack, dumbbells of various weights, and a full length mirrors.

Just out the back sliding door you will find a Webber gas BBQ, massive outdoor dining table, seating around a fire pit, and a brand new hot tub. There is ample street parking directly in front of the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet in the basement. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a smart keypad lock on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
The host is available, however we like to give our guests privacy during their stay.
Perfect location in a neighborhood just minutes away to the best that Denver has to offer! It is also extremely close to famous Golden Colorado. Some of the best restaurants in town are on Tennyson Street, West Highlands, Sloans Lake, Edgewater, etc.

A car is best suited for getting around this area. There is ample street parking directly in front of the house. If you would like to avoid driving during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home. The area is bike-able and both Lyft & Uber operate in the area.
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. No parties please! If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
The day of check-in, we will send you a digital guidebook. In this digital guidebook, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, day trips, and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.
Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and in the hot tub. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.
Last-minute and unapproved late check outs result in a $500 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater.
During your stay the below maintenance may take place:
- The hot tub crew usually stops by every Monday or Tuesday. They recommend not using the hot tub 12 hours after each cleaning.
- The lawn care team typically drops by every Tuesday.
- The trash company collect garbage every Tuesday morning but sometimes on Wednesday.
- The pool maintenance team may stop by throughout your say to check and/or balance chemicals or adjust pool equipment. They will enter through the side gate and do their best not to disturb you :)
