Upper unit condo in a 4 plex. ​​Great home and neighborhood. Please enjoy the peaceful area! Be sure to catch a sunset. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay, including modern appliances and plenty of counter space.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest parking is directly in front of the building. Access and privacy of the home through the assigned door. We will send further instructions. Step inside and be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is cozy and inviting, with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area features a stylish table that seats 4, perfect for sharing meals and making memories.
