This is a ranch style home that is handicap accessible with ramp as second entrance.

2 Bedroom Home that can comfortable sleep up to 6 guests

The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to cook and enjoy your time with your family around the dining room table.

For entertainment, the house has a beautiful pool table to gather around and all TVs have a Roku Smart TV w/ Access to Disney Plus+, Netflix, Hulu, etc.

In the backyard, we made it perfect for your staycation experience. Cornhole is available to play and 2 bikes are provided for your outdoor adventure

You will have access to the entire main floor. Basement is locked up. If its set up in the house, it is there for you to use. We ask that you enjoy yourself by being respectful to the amenities and belongings of the property.

Cozy 2 BR with good space to relax and hang out
This house is very cozy for a 2 BR set up. It is clean with some good space to hang out in. There is everything you need to cook and clean as well. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.

Cozy and hidden
Super cozy home the entire family was able to enjoy. Kids weren't stuck to their phones since there was actually something fun for them: pool table for the adults, ping pong for the kids. Plenty of room inside and out. When we arrived, I couldn't figure out the thermostat but one message and they we there within 10 minutes!

Comfortable and Charming
We stayed here with our teenage boys. They loved the pool/pong table. The yard was nice and I wish we could have utilized the fire pit, but sadly it rained almost the entire time we were there. It was close enough to all the attractions and stuff we wanted to do. The owner was very prompt in answering text messages and was a delight to communicate with. The neighborhood was quiet and everything felt cozy about the house.

One of the Best Locations in Denver
POSITIVES A great location at the end of a dead-end street. It is very quiet and appears safe. Lots of parking for guests and it is close to shopping although not walking distance close. It includes a large, 65”, TV streaming Roku. Internet: 300Mbps download, 23.6Mbps upload. We were here the month of July, 2024 when the outside temperatures were in the high-90s and the AC fully up to the task. Carport: This is a bonus seldom available on rentals-- particularly since Denver is subject to occasional hail storms. NEGATIVES Bathroom: It is small and the vent fan needs replacing.

Great Option for Denver Vacation
House had everything we needed for our week-long stay in Denver. Communication from hosts was great with quick responses to questions. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen, we were able to easily do laundry throughout the week, our kids had games to play while we were at the house, A/C worked well (bonus, since it was over 90 degrees the whole time). The only thing we wished we had had was a fan in the bathroom--it got pretty hot in there during showers, and I would've liked to have had something to suck the stink out after my husband spent time in there... :P
