The basement includes a large family room with a wood-burning fireplace, a full bathroom, a bedroom, an office, and laundry. The large backyard and sun room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a BBQ while watching the sun set over the mountains.

Guest access:
Entire home, including the double-car garage, is available for our guests.
