"My overall experience was great! My favourite part was how responsive and kind the host was, he attended to our every need. Samuel is a very humble man with a big heart. The home had all the essentials needed for our stay, quiet neighborhood and the thermostat worked BEST!! lol. The beds were very comfy and the atmosphere gave that “right at home feel” I did. Not want to leave! I will be booking again for sure!"

"I booked that place a few months back for my wedding party and when the day came I got the check-in info from the host. The check-in was at 3 pm, I went there at 5 pm, and when I got there I found some other guests inside the property. I was confused, the guests told me they were gonna be there until the next morning. "Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

"Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have"

"We absolutely loved this lake house. We were in town for a wedding and this house was exactly what we needed. Not too far away from a grocery store and restaurants, plenty of space for our family. Large bathroom was great for our family to get ready in. Would love to come back in the summer!"

"The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. At one point the light cut out in one of the rooms, but Michael did explain to us why that happened and give us a way to fix the issue. The neighborhood surrounding the property is not one I would recommend to people who are traveling alone, but the property does have a security door and an automatic lock on the main door. "The house sits high up on the hill with a big deck overlooking the lake. Viewing the lake with coffee in AM, watching the lake activity during day and seeing the moon and lights across the water with a glass of wine at night was lovely. The lake in front of the house is a no wake zone which affords a calmer setting which was really nice. The owner lives in the area and was quickly attentive to answer questions and resolve any small issues that came up. Highly recommend this home."

"The house was very clean and nicely updated. The four full bathrooms were especially useful when we returned from our day at the indoor water park. The kitchen was adequately stocked with supplies.
