Parking is not included but affordable parking garages are directly south and west of the complex right across the street! Metered parking is also available around the unit.

Guests will enter into the main lobby and take a short elevated ride up to the cozy condo. Inside the unit features a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, dedicated workspace, living room with smart TV, 2 bedrooms both with smart TV's while also having access to shared spaces such as a community area with games, 24/7 fitness facility and rooftop lounge with dog park/relief area.

Secondary bedroom w/ queen bed - 2 people
Sectional couch - 1-2 person

*note* - Both bedrooms do not have doors. The upstairs bedroom is an open loft and the downstairs bedroom has an open entry that is sectioned off by a curtain.

This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it's not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally.

Guests will access the condo using a lockbox located outside of the complex that stores a set of keys and fobs. Please keep track of the keys at all times. Lost keys or fobs will results in a fee of up to $200.

The front door utilize a security camera that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety and security.

Loft Apartment in Des Moines
The property was well-situated, well-laid out and very comfortable for our purposes. My business partner and I utilized the property for a day-long strategic planning session while we were in Des Moines to attend a professional event. The space was much more comfortable and flexible than trying to accomplish our tasks in a cramped hotel room.

Wonderful getaway in Des Moines
This is a great unit in a perfect location. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars & the wonderful Des Moines Farmers Market is directly below. The unit is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Des Moines.

Great Stay in DSM
The condo was great, right above a cool cocktail bar and within walking distance of other DSM activities. The condo has a nice open design with high ceilings; which allows sound to carry well. We had no issues with this but if you were traveling with a group or if individuals were to go to be early it maybe something to consider.

Gorgeous, as pictured
This is a beautiful apartment, as pictured. Great communication with owner. Top floor, concrete floors, and one unit next door seemed to be empty, so we didn’t hear much noise from the street or other units. (Keep in mind with such high ceilings that noise may carry!) Only real downside was no parking included but we parked out front with no problem.

Quick Getaway
This apartment has lovely natural light and a bold yet simple vibe. Worked well for 3 adults and a Granddog. Bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light at night, as there is not a good way to cover 2nd story big windows. The atmosphere was perfect for daytime coworking, and comfy for evening card games. Daniel was an attentive host.

What an awesome loft in downtown Des Moines. Everything was as we expected. City living and access to tons of restaurants and shopping. Our Host was on point and made sure that we received a 5-Star experience and we did! The dog area on the 6th floor was perfect for our Papillion Loco.
