Welcome to our comfortable studio apartment in the heart of downtown Des Moines! With all the essentials provided, you're sure to have an enjoyable stay. Don't miss out on experiencing the Big Grove Brewery and Sculpture Park which are just a couple of blocks away and walking distance to all that Downtown has to offer, you're sure to enjoy the central location!

Welcome to downtown DSM! You'll be surrounded with numerous dining and entertainment options just steps away. Don't miss the beautiful Sculpture Park, located right across the street. Even an eclectic Consignment shop located right in the building! Big Grove Brewery & Confluence Brewery just a few blocks away!

Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, your in the center of it all! Great public transit, bike lanes, even sky walks to avoid bad weather!

The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night lift, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held.
