My confirmation on Expedia said we could have a two hour late check out. This was not made known to the hotel. We were running a race in a nearby community and needed the extra time to shower, etc. We were given a one hour later check out, but by the time we returned from the race, we had to hurry to check out.

We have stayed here several times and have always been pleased. However this time it was just ok… first our room was literally by stairs so it was loud all night. Next the air conditioner didn’t work or turn on. And lastly we had 2 sheets on our bed and no blankets. Not sure what is going on but this trip was just OK for us.

The Bed and bedding were excellent. We checked in late. There was no one at the desk, but we could hear someone talking on the phone. They were out of sight—that's fine, but after waiting, we could tell it was a social call. We rapped on the counter and called out, but after four tries, we got no response. I went to the "Staff Only" door and saw Katie or Kathy on the phone and got her attention. At the desk, she said we should have called the number on the I stepped-away sign.
