Missing Amenities
The original property had an issue so the manager had to move us to this alternate, which was helpful and appreciated. However, the second property was not equipped with some basic amenities you'd expect from an VRBO listing.
There was no caffeinated coffee available which was a bit of a bummer. The property showed a coffee machine and I was hoping basic coffee would be on site. Maybe a little presumptuous of me, but having a coffee maker PLUS coffee available is a big bonus and makes me feel more at home.
There was also a single bath towel - there were no others in any room, closet or cabinet in the property that me and my partner could find. Another bummer; this is something I'd expect is always available.
The managers were kind and very responsive, but I think there are opportunities to go up a notch.
