"Super friendly and helpful staff. Location and facilities good. Food good but there are some relatively expensive options. Excellent golf facilities nearby and the complimentary shuttle bus service makes transport easy. A very enjoyable winter break. "

"1. 연식은 오래 됐지만 벌레가 하나도 없어서 좋았어요. 개미 한 마리 못봤습니다. 2. 청소 상태는 별로였어요. 화장실 세면대 때, 방구석 먼지, 컵 설거지 안 되어있음... 3. 조식은 배만 채울 정도예요,, 커피 오믈렛 과일 정도 먹을만 해요 4. 프라이빗 비치가 있어서 좋습니다."

"Lots of activities to do there, nice swimming pools and plenty of food options. Unfortunately the lazy pool was closed. Food is convenient to eat but pricey. Complimentary breakfast has lots of food options but challenging to walk a far distance and a bit hot as it is outdoors. Walking to the beach is also a bit far compared to other hotels, about 200+ meters. Beach has convenient shower areas and toilets. Room has stairs which are challenging to walk up for expecting mothers. Outdoor elevator...

"For one of the most expensive resort in Desaru, everything should be ready even with no reservations. High tea at 3-5pm and when I requested for high tea at 4:45pm the server rejected the request saying they have finished serving high tea. Quite a shame for a luxury hotel. Been to others luxurious resorts and never get this kind of request turned down. "

"A truly lovely hotel with great rooms. All staff charming, manager wonderful and head chef had great creative dishes. Loved this place and will try other Anantara hotels."
