Perfect place for family escape
Very comfortable and clean unit with lots of space to spread out. Kitchen very well equipped, furnitire comfortable, and yes--the balcony is huge. Heated pool and hot tub fantastic...the lagoon pool was gorgeous and kids still hopped in despite it not being heated...brrrr! Only issue was fire alarm started chirping at 130am to indicate low battery, and the call staff didn't apologize--that would have gone a long way after all 5 of us lost sleep. The issue was resolved promptly. The buildings/property themselves were not handicap accessible, but that had nothing to do with the unit. Our family unanimously stated they would come back!

Wonderful place for a quite fall getaway. Nice amount of room for 4 adults and 3 young children. Beds were very comfy. Great communication with host, place was exactly as described, and check-in was easy. Enjoyed our getaway very much.

Family of 5 stayed here, plenty of space in the condo and everyone alept like babies. The balcony over looks the pool area but it wasnt loud. The amenities available were all great. The restaurant and bar had friensly staff and good food and drinks. We watched karaoke and everyone had a blast. The beach is walkable.distabce but we chose to drive. The resort is in a centralized location for restaurants, shopping and activities as well. The pool was amazing and used every day. Loved it and hope to stay again.

Failure of AC and lost time of condo.
We had a couple of issues. First, we booked the condo because of the big lagoon style pool and we get there for check in on 11/19 and walk the property to only find out the pool is closed and roped off with caution tape. No advance notice, until I spoke with Laura on 11/21 when the AC Unit failed in our condo. She apologized about the pool and i said thats why we booked it.. Second, she said she was having a housekeeper check the AC and then few minutes later a company was going to check it out. That was at lunchtime on tuesday, so we left for the day and the company showed up to frozen coils and was at the condo for 3-4 hours. Then, later than afternoon, i got a call from Laura saying the company would be out between 8-9am on 11/22 to replace the AC unit and that Joe Joes would give us a $100 refund for the inconvenience. The company showed up roughly at 8:30am on 11/22 and then shut the water off in our condo until roughly noon. At that point, we could get our day started and get showered and our 3 kids ready. We talked with several other people about this saying that we were being short changed in the $100 refund when we lost 4 hours on tuesday and over half the day on Wednesday. In all of this, while the AC company was there, they had the door proped open and some guy came barreling into our condo "HOWS THE AC COMING, at the top of his voice." My wife and I were sitting on the couch, an my wife said excuse me, our kids are taking a nap. This guy was Joe and walked out.

Famiky time in Destin
We were in town for a joint 21st and 40th birthday party. We traveled from the Atlanta metro area. We also had family. staying on site as well from Charleston SC and St. Louis. The condo was super nice. The property manager Joe was exceptional. Great customer service and communication. We ate in the restaurant several times and had drinks at the bar. The good was really good and the service was fast. We will definitely recommend to others and we will definitely be back.

We stayed for our family vacation. The unit is very clean and very spacious for 6 people. The balcony stretches the entire length of the condo with lots of seating and access from the living area and all 3 bedrooms. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cookware. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in the unit again.

The resort and condo were excellent. Lots of fun things to do. Food and drinks were top notch. Listing was exactly as described and pictured. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Very roomy and spacious. Could have been a little cleaner. Floor was dirty and bathroom had someone’s hair still visiting on the sink shower and towel rack. Mattress in master was very firm so not the most comfortable. All in all we had a great stay and loved the resort, condo and area.
