This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom beach house is nestled in the quaint community of Crystal Beach in Destin, FL with just a 3-5 minute walk to several public beach access points. Amenities at this location are provided in excess as guests enjoy the use of quality beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and tent as well as 2 beach carts for strolling with the items to the beach, two brand new (as of June 2022) bicycles, a Pit Boss Pro Series grill, a hot/cold outdoor shower, community pool access within a few steps of the driveway, parking for 2 vehicles (no need to find parking at the beach- you’re already there!), and basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide a 5 star experience with luxury bath towels, 100% cotton linens, crispy clean duvet covers, and alternative down inserts on every bed (including the twin beds).

This house boasts double master bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms with double vanities (upstairs one with a bath/shower combo and downstairs with a walk-in shower). A third room (“the den”) has a queen size bed and this is also the room with the desktop computer setup and the record player/collection. Two bedrooms have a twin size daybed with rollaway trundle to allow for extra sleeping arrangements. The couch pulls out into a queen size bed to sleep two more. We can accommodate up to 12 guests and 2 babies or toddlers (we provide two brand new (as of June 2022) pac n plays.

The entire house has very recently been completely renovated. Every. Single. Thing. Is BRAND new down to the studs with high end finishes and a luxurious but relaxed beachy vibe.

The kitchen has a HUGE island with a buttery-soft, gorgeous marble countertop. Every appliance is new and top-of-the-line, a keurig is provided with UNLIMITED coffee pods, sugar, and creamer for your stay. We also provide all the pantry essentials you could dream of in an extremely clean, organized closet with nothing old or out of date.
