Enjoy staying in a sunny studio with a private patio and an efficient use of space! Fold up the Murphy bed when it's time to head to the beach, and pull it down to relax at night. The full kitchen includes a breakfast bar with space for two guests, as well as a dishwasher and full-size appliances. You also won't be without small-but-helpful appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the patio, which includes a direct path to the courtyard. Guests can enjoy access to several shared pools during their stay, as well as a shared hot tub, outdoor shower, and tennis court.

What's nearby:
The beach is just 250 yards away. Don't forget to stop at The Back Porch and Louisiana Lagniappe once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over two-and-a-half miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just three miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator.

Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
