Three words that describe this condo are fun, fresh, and trendy. This newly renovated two bedroom unit is located at Silver Beach Towers in Destin. The beachfront property is one of the best in the Destin area. You will have a hard time finding a better view of the beach, waves, and sand. The walk is quick and easy without a long board walk that makes transporting toys and children difficult. The freshly painted walls, granite countertops, the amazing ORIGINAL artwork from local artist, and the breathtaking beach view makes this property one of the best at Silver Beach Towers. We would love for your family to experience our luxurious home away from home. You will definitely feel at home from the moment you walk into Silver Beach Towers 1202!


The unit has a refreshing coastal themed furnishing. We have tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. The living room and bedrooms are lined with a NEW flat contempary style carpet. The fully stocked kitchen has ALL new stainless steel appliances, dishware, cookware and ample storage and counter space. The counter tops are granite. We also have two bar stools for the countertop eating area. The living room is furnished with a large flat screen television with a full sofa bed and three chairs. Blinds throughout the entire condo that allow full views of the beach and pools along with the sunset and sunrise. Sliding glass doors in the main living room area and both bedrooms that lead to a large tiled balcony to enjoy hours of breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed and a new, flat screen TV. Enjoy views from a large bay window, or step directly through the entrance to the main balcony. The master walk in closet is HUGE. The large master bathroom consists of a jetted tub, a walk in shower, double vanity and lots of countertop space.

The Guest bedroom has recently (2022) been updated to a beautiful and comfortable king size bed.

The pool area consists of two large pools with water features and two hot tubs overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Just walk through the pool area onto Silver Beach’s private beach. Silver Beach is a quiet resort with security and strict access.

This is a fabulous Condo!!

Heaven on earth!!
From the minute we walked thru the door we were greeted with an absolutely gorgeous view, and beautiful updated clean and crisp accommodations. My morning wake-up call before I ever lifted my head off of the pillow was a breathtaking sunrise. We spent our days exploring, enjoying the afternoon sun and beach view from our veranda, then dinner on the beach. We were privileged to have a beautiful week which ended our days with a the most .

Beautiful property
We just returned from a fantastic vacation. The condo is exactly as pictured! From the moment we opened the front door, we were met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage. The balcony is large. We enjoyed eating dinner every night on the balcony, watching the dolphins & stingrays swim along the shore. It never took us more than 5 minutes to find our beach chairs once we left the condo. Elevators are very fast & clean. The pool is large, clean with convenient access to public restrooms, which came in handy for our 4 year old. We definitely look forward to returning next year!

Just What We Had Hoped For!
We were looking for a place to just chill out and get away from some medical and family issues that have been stressing us the past few months. Silver Beach Towers turned out to be just the place to allow us to do that. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay.. Since nearly everyone else liked staying on the beach during the day, we had the pool almost entirely to ourselves, which suited us just fine. Communication with the owners was prompt and seemless. We wouldn’t have changed a thing about our vacation. Everything was perfect.

Family Fun
Unit 1202 East is an amazing condo. It’s a 2 bedroom unit with a King bed and 2 twin beds in the 2nd room. It was beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view. We went through VRBO and I downloaded the app. I was able to communicate with the owner (Lauren) with all my questions. Lauren was marvelous to get back with me about everything I needed/wanted to know about the unit. She mailed our keys to us so we didn’t have to wait in line at the front desk when we arrived. She even texted us to let us know our condo was ready early. She also booked our beach chairs. Everything went to smoothly!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better unit or owner to work with. The unit was also stocked with necessities like: salt/pepper, Pam spray, laundry soap, dish soap, plenty of toilet paper, body soap and extra trash bags. We’ve been coming to Destin for over 20 years and this condo & owner was by far the best we’ve used.

Silver beach dreams on an emerald coast!
Best way to describe our week at this beautiful condo is in the title! As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by the view of the bluest water! Whichever room you choose you have a beautiful view! The patio is spacious with enough seating! The condo is up to date with good furnishings and elegantly styled but still giving a sense of home! Owners are extremely responsive and very helpful with anything needed! This was our first stay, but hopefully not our last!
