Evenings can end with an enjoyable walk to one of the nearby beachside restaurants where a delicious seafood dinner awaits.

Inside, modern furnishings and tasteful decor will make everyone feel right at home as they spread out and find their own piece of paradise. After sunny days spent at the beach, the chef of the group can show off their skills and prepare a fun dinner on the stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen! For more of a relaxed evening, simply head out to the backyard and grill up a few burgers on the gas grill. Clean, close to the beach, and a fully stocked kitchen!

We've stayed there 2 years running and love this rental. It's perfectly close to everything we wanted to see, and the beach is a short walk away. I highly recommend this rental!

Comfortable safe unit in a good location. Close to everything but not noisy. Kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable beds. AC is a bit noisy and downstairs is colder than upstairs. Good place

Great Location

We loved the space, it's perfect for 4 people! The upstairs bedrooms are beautifully decorated. We grilled and loved the kitchen space. We mostly wished they provided more bedding, like a comforter or extra blankets. Also providing some basics, like trash bags & salt/pepper would be very helpful especially for those staying longer.

Decent stay

A nice place to stay at where the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Was not allowed to check in early even though nobody was coming in and out of the place for the hour I waited in the parking lot. Parking passes are a slip of paper that you fill out and leave on your dashboard. Wifi is subpar, only usable for basic necessities. The place was very clean and roomy.

Great Stay, Room

The unit was clean and spacious. Lots of cooking equipment provided and plenty of clean linens and towels. Parking is right in front of the unit and made loading and unloading luggage a breeze. The upstairs area did get a bit hot during the day but we traveled with our own fans so it was bearable. The main we encountered was the difficulty of the lock on the front door, we would have to put the code in several times in order for it to lock or unlock properly. Also the beach area has most of the best spots taken up by umbrella rentals which didn’t leave much room for anyone else especially with the high surf we experienced during our stay.

Comfortable, but needs some TLC

With 2 private bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms, one in each bedroom, it's nicely laid out for 4 people. I wouldn't put anyone on the living room sofa bed. Just sleeping on the couch was preferable. The sofa bed mattress was really thin and lacked support which is not unexpected. The appliances were nice, modern, and worked well. The kitchen has a nice, large (empty) pantry. The kitchen stock amenities are lacking, but fine unless one is planning to prepare full meals. The property was clean and comfortable, but could use some extra upkeep to address rust and hard water issues.

perfect for family vacation

The house had everything in the kitchen, even things to bake! Felt like I was just going to my personal vacation home. The beach was just across the street. There’s also a pool that I didn’t know about until we arrived! The house was very clean and it came with a clothing iron, fans in rooms, and some cleaning material. The upstairs rooms did get hot during the hottest hours of the day so the fans came in handy. Loved how we had a broom because sand gets everywhere!

Nice house

Plenty of room for my family of 3, with all the amenities of home. Nice quiet community, although someone left a note on car wrongfully accusing me of not cleaning up after my dog, which i had done. Contacted Vacasa and they reached out to us and there were no further issues. Beach is a short walk away, but most of the front row real estate was taken by rental umbrellas that are set up early each morning. That is not the fault of the property. A couple of restaurants a short walk away. Overall great stay.

Excellent experience, great location, place is bigger than it looks!

We loved the location, amenities, and the super short walk to the beach! The rental was bigger than I thought it would be from the pictures, plenty of space for our large dog kennels. It was so easy to walk to the beach everyday and having a fully functional kitchen and laundry was a huge benefit! We'll book through Vacasa again, for sure. Possibly even this same rental depending on our party size.

Nice stay in Destin

Overall the place was nice to stay at for the week. The space was adequate for 4 adults and kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils so that we were able to make most of our meals. Only downsides to the property was that the beds were very uncomfortable for all of us. I also wouldn't recommend the property if you have anyone who cannot walk far if they want to enjoy the beach. There is no parking near the beach access so walking there is a must.

A little neglected!

We loved the area and the beautiful spacious town house. However, the floors were dirty, the area rug filthy, chest of drawers in bedroom broken and the only coffee mugs were old and cracked. We still made the best of our stay and would definitely come back.
