The Destin Sun is a quiet and secluded high quality home that is surrounded by nature! The home is located in a gated community, and has its own Private Pool and a wrap around porch to enjoy! A free 6 Passenger Golf Cart (LSV) is also included.

The Space:
The Destin Sun is a high quality 6 Bedroom, 7 bath, private home that sleeps up to 18 guests. The home is located in an upscale, private, gated community called Destiny West and is right off the scenic beach highway 98. The neighborhood is also right across the street from the Crab Trap beach access and restaurant! It has a private pool that is able to be heated in the winter months. It has a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart. Get to the beach access in less than 1 minute on the golf cart, or about 5 minutes if you walk! Inside the community, is a large community pool with restrooms, tennis and basketball court, a gym, and a hot tub. This home is within 2 miles of several restaurants, a gas station, a large outdoor shopping mall (The Destin Commons), a Publix, a Walgreens Pharmacy, and much more.

1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN:This kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook for large families. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender… as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a center island bar with 6 bar stools.

DINING ROOM:Located across from the kitchen and bar is the dining room. Enjoy your family meals at this large table that seats 10 people. Not only can you see the TV from this space, it also has a front-row view of the backyard and pool.

LIVING ROOM: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has 2 full sized sofas, and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55 inch, 4K, flat screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 nightstand, and a flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Located on the first floor, (across from bedroom #1). This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 nightstand, accent chair, and a flat screen TV. It has its own spacious, private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

BATHROOM #7 (Half Bath):This bathroom is located on the first floor, off of the main hallway.

LAUNDRY: Located downstairs, off of the main hallway. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.

BACKYARD: Take a swim in the 28×15 ft. private, salt water pool. The lush backyard also has a table with an umbrella that seats 6. Plenty of lounge chairs, and a gas grill. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.



2ND FLOOR:




BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Up the stairs and to the right, you have bedroom number three. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom, with a stand-up shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4:This room is adjacent to bedroom #3, in the back of the house. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom, with a stand-up shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5:This bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 night stand, and a flat screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: (Bunk Room): This bunk bed room is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with TWO twin-over-full bunk beds, a dresser, and a fat screen. It has its own dedicated Bathroom.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

- Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

- Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

- This is a NON-smoking property.

- Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
