The bathroom is separate, complete with a stand-up shower, vanity with mirror, and all necessary amenities. Large sliding glass doors open to a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view. The community pool is just a short walk away, and the cottage is surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful flowering plants, making it an ideal getaway for a cozy beach retreat.

**Important Note:** This cottage is not baby or toddler-proof. We provide outlet covers and cabinet locks for your convenience. The property includes stairs, and doors can be secured away from them.
