"When arriving at the property be aware that there are 2 Radisson hotels, side by side, resulting in arrival confusion. You need to look for the Levatio Suites entrance. As a result we had some initial difficulty in getting organized with parking and our room. Khalid, the chauffeur, is very kind and warm, and sets a great tone for the hotel from the moment he picks you up at the airport. The concierge staff goes over the top to make your stay feel comfortable. The VIP/Gold status upgrade is very generous. All the restaurant staff, both at breakfast and dinner, make you feel at home.
