"The apartment was located in a quiet part of Sibiu that is very close to two grocery stores. It was very comfortable and well furnished. The washroom was well done and stocked with good quality toiletries. The front staff was very helpful and kind. Overall it was an excellent value. The onsite parking was a huge plus as well. "I really loved the fact that I could upgrade to a 4* apartment for a reasonable fee. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a very large and comfortable bed. The bathroom and room were very clean; basically nothing beats a recently built property where you feel that things are new and very clean. I also loved the fact that it was very warm in the room, it helps to have excellent heating in the middle of winter when temperature hits negatives. I loved the lobby, too; very London vibe to be able to sit there and work in the morning. The breakfast is also very nice and I personally loved the mushrooms and the ikra / taramasalata they had. Probably one of the best I've had ever. The breakfast is a combo of English and Continental; the basics of scrambled eggs and bacon were good, but also some specific Romanian dips were there. I really liked the fact that the breakfast was included and I did not have to pay for it separately. The other thing I loved is that they have a restaurant next to the hotel and I could have dinner there; they have a very diverse menu, can't imagine that someone would not find something that would make them happy there: I decided to try the hamburger and it was delicious. The people at reception was super nice and accommodating; I needed extra batteries for my medical device and they provided them at no extra cost. Overall, a great stay for me, and I will definitely come back this summer for the garden and the spa that will be opened in a few months!"

"The property is good value for money and is within walking distance of the city centre. Note that the sauna and Jacuzzi need to be booked and paid for separately. The cost for these facilities is per person, not per hour booked. The breakfast is on the 11th floor of the building, with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast options are good. The reception staff work hard."

"The staff was kind and helpful. Check in was quick. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a good variety of items including eggs, cheese, pastries, coffee and some meats like salami. We loved how close the hotel was to the interesting sights to see. It’s a beautiful town. "
