"Very friendly and easy check-in with Pamela at reception. Great location just a few blocks from the Fort and Amazon River. Lots of great restaurants and bars along the riverside - my favorite was "Brisa Boa". The hotel breakfast was good. Wi-Fi worked well and mini fridge and AC in rooms. Credit cards accepted. Uber works well in Macapá. Overnight bus to Oiapoque on the border with French Guiana leaves from bus station each night at 19:00 and costs 135 reais. This hotel is very good value for...

"The hotel is in a good location, near several restaurants, and it was easy to find. Most of the staff don't speak English (although the night clerk when I checked in did) but they are quick to use Google translate to give you the best service possible. The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable."

O recepcionista da madrugada me recebeu super mal sempre com um deboche na fala. O quarto que eu fiquei o chuveiro não funcionava e tive que tomar banho gelado e apesar de ser confirmada a troca do quarto, quando tive todo o trabalho de me arrumar, disseram que não tinha quarto disponível.
