"Great location opposite the station and a 10 minute walk from the old town. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating in securing us a quiet room. Room was comfortable and clean, with coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast was also good with a lot of variety. "

"Although my wife and I had terrible problems getting to the hotel, but it was worth it for the amazing views we had once we got there. We arrived by train at Bubikon, and had hoped there would be a bus that would take us up to the hotel, but they only went half way. A taxi would have been very expensive, but, fortunately a very kind lady offered to drive us up to the hotel. The hotel was lovely. The staff were very kind, happy and helpful, and the food was superb. We only stayed one night but were very happy with our stay. We did get a taxi back down to the train station when we left, and were charged 56ch. We thought this was very expensive for a relatively short journey that took much longer than it should have. "We stayed in a Premier plus room and found it light spacious and very quiet. The room was in excellent condition and was very clean. The only downside to the room was that it did not have an elevator on the floor that we were on but we didn't find this a problem. The breakfast is great and there is loads of choice and the breakfast room is big with lots of natural daylight. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons we booked it was for the spa, which was very clean and had a great pool that was big enough for some short laps in. The location of the hotel is very central but private with reasonably priced parking on site. All in all a great stay. "

"Perfect location right next to the train station, the casino and the waterfront. The rooms were as pictured and the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. We were a week before high season so they didn't yet have full restaurant service, but the bar was fine for coffee, drinks and snacks. We'd definitely stay here again. "
