"The hosts were so thoughtful. Walked us to the bus stop to show us the way, recommended restaurants, totally planned our trip to Luzern..even fixed us special tea for our allergy coughs we brought with us. Looking forward to staying there in the future."

"The communication from the management company was dreadful. I booked this place for my cousins wedding and then long after I booked I suddenly got a message saying they had accepted my cancellation (I was at work in meetings when i was supposed to have cancelled). This was despite being told when I booked that the booking was not cancellable. I then rebooked as it was one of few local options when it was re-advertised for more money. "I think this people are dishonest. They made me pay twice at the check in, although I showed them my payment confirmation email and when I came back because of hotel.com debit on my account they pretended that everything was normal and it's only when I came back with proof of two payments that they admitted their mistaken and they didn't even apologize, they were acting like it was usual. Also there was a city tax not announced in the reservation."
