"The hotel is at the entrance to a nature reserve, and there are nice walks with beautiful views nearby. There is a nice village nearby, where you can have good lunches and coffee. The room was comfortable with a refrigerator, smart tv and cups and kettle to make coffee. Breakfast was good with vegetables, fruit, and eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese. Altogether an excellent value for the price, and a nice restful place to stay on vacation with a car."

"Overnight stay with work - very friendly welcome (we arrived quite late in the evening). Room was clean and well presented, if a little dated. Ample parking, dinner at the restaurant on site was lovely, complete with service with a smile. Breakfast was also perfectly adequate for what we needed."

"We stayed here for 2 nights while going to a wedding nearby. When we arrived the electricity was out, the owner was away, and there was a foot of fresh snow in the driveway. Despite this inconvenience, there was a lady living on site that was very friendly and provided us with candles and matches, and called the owner to let her know that there were guests waiting. "Visiting this house is like traveling back in time, probably 70 -100 years. It seems that the owners did not have the spirit to bring the old house to a modern standard but, in my impression, they even tried to emphasize its small inconveniences. Unfortunately, our stay was very short, and the weather was rainy so we had little chance to really enjoy the place.
