Being first timers to Ho Chi Minh city, we were privileged to enjoy friendly, professional and attentive staff from check-in till -out. The pool was amazing and poolside staff's awareness of our needs was very good. The area(s) around the hotel were very attractive and are well within walking distance for dining and shopping. "Grand hotel is built in 1930, but it's renovated nicely. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms areclean and with comfortable beds. Breakfast menu with both local and continental selections."

"Special mentions at Club Lounge for Ngan, Annh, Nam and Quincy. Uyen is one of the best . The Cuban band at Saigon Saigon Rooftop Bar and Theo the manager there is extremely talented. Tri from concierge is also helpful."
