"House is set behind a dune. dune is a little steep, especially climbing back up. Kind of tough for the elderly. Set up of the house was good for 2 seniors. Many restaurants close by. Quiet area."

"We had a good time. I've been stayed my at The Cove since I was a small child. The rooms are so nice these days. The bed is rather uncomfortable though. And check out is now 10:00am, which feels very early to us. And it wasn't as obvious as you'd think it would be."

"This resort is absolutely fabulous! The condo we stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances, plates, bowls, and cups I could possibly need. We were only here for four days, but it’s the kind of place where you could easily stay for weeks, even a month. "This cottage was perfect for me, my husband, and two adult daughters. It is exactly as advertised and the owner is very communicative and helpful recommending local restaurants, etc. We definitely would stay here again if we travel to the Cape. The beach is very close and we could see the water from the cottage. Great location! "

"Very private. Close to food, and a sandy beach in Barnstable that was good for a young child. Heritage Museum close with a carousel and great walking. "

"We just returned from our Vrbo stay in Hyannis. The property is perfectly located for a morning beach walk or any walk for that matter. Clean, good size bedrooms and very well equipped. One flaw, the heating situation is way off ! Upstairs bedrooms were boiling as well as the 2 downstairs bedrooms and the kitchen, living/ dining area were cool. This made sleeping almost impossible for everyone. If the heating was not a problem I would have given this rental 5 stars. "

"Check in and check out was super easy and fast. The pool was perfect for kids. The shallow end was 3 feet so the kids could go in without any worries. Also, there was always a staff attendant in the pool area which I've never seen before. The breakfast at the cafe was good but basically the same options except with a different carb. I wish it were continental breakfast. Walking distance to Target and the Mall. Lots of other stores in the area. "
