"If you are more of a Holiday Inn Express, Days Inn person. This motel ain’t for you. If you are Motel 6 person then it’s a step up. The rooms were not dirty but just old, outdated and broken down. The lady running it for the owner who was gone, was very nice and did her best. She provided a clean and fresh continental breakfast. "

"The property was amazing! Very comfortable accommodating everything you needed. The biggest surprise is how wonderful the grounds were. There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying"
