"We booked the hotel as it was a budget choice and I had realistic expectations, the hotel lobby was really nice and modern looking ant the triple room we booked was nice and clean, the 3 members of staff we met were pleasant and also spoke great English, basically I’ve paid a lot more for a lot worse - Hotel Bilbi gets a 10 from me, a short walk down a hill with a great couple of bars on the way down, you’re in the old town within minutes. The staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs (worthy of its 5 stars). It has a refined and modern look yet offers a wealth of culture inside through its art and food. The service is superb, the food is delicious and the beds are so comfortable. Will definitely come back. "
